By this point on the hike to Offersøykammen, the gradients have eased and you can really focus on those magnificent views. The mountain is beloved by photographers for the opportunity it provides to capture the Northern Lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer.

The views on this part of the trail to Offersøykammen are lovely. It's a good place to take a break and enjoy the views across Vestvågøya, Ballstadøya and Flakstadøya.

There are many awe-inspiring viewpoints on the trails around the Ballstadheia plateau. This traverse above Ballstad is a great vantage for gazing down at the village. Meanwhile, the view down the barrell of the Buksnesfjord towards Leknes is glorious.

Nonstinden is a popular objective from the fishing village of Ballstad, with various ways up to its panoramic summit. The views are terrific, taking in the Buksnesfjord, the Vestfjord and the islands on Lofoten's south side.

This way up onto the Ballstadheia plateau reveals glorious views back to the fishing village of Ballstad. Any hike to Nonstinden is superb and there are various way to get to the top.

At 2,421 feet (738 m) above sea level, Justadtinden provides awe-inspiring views across the Lofoten Islands. Expect soaring ridges, fjords hemmed in by jagged crags and tiny red dwellings clinging to the land. The usual way up is via and out-and-back from Hagskaret.
