Super steep at the end. The way up is okay. The way down is rather tough; it's a sloping, exposed, rocky, and sandy path. Only recommended in good conditions and if you don't mind going downhill.

Isolated and thus taking on a majestic character, this large "mound" dominates Gimsøya, the smallest island of the Lofoten. One of the most beautiful (and at the same time easy) mountains in Lofoten. You can park directly on the E10 free of charge at a rest area (free toilets also available there) as of 6/2023

After the tour on the Hoven, we went to the restaurant "Låven" at Hof Gård for a fantastic dinner with a great view through the floor-to-ceiling window.

Last 20 minutes can be a challange both up and down. I would recomend 3 hours round trip.
