There are two ways to reach the Parpaner Rothorn: either by taking the cable car or by embarking on a challenging and strenuous hike. If you choose the latter option, you'll need sturdy footwear. Surefootedness and a head for heights are also beneficial on the ascent, ensuring you reach the summit safely. Next to the cable car station, there's also a panoramic restaurant where you can recharge with fine dining after a strenuous hike.

The restaurant with the catchy name Buccafina is located directly on the Lenzerheide golf course, but is open to everyone, not just its guests. In summer, the large sun terrace invites you to refresh yourself and/or recharge your batteries.

On the romantic forest path, the tall fir trees provide cool shade in summer.

Whether on cool summer mornings or snowy winter days, the coniferous forests around Lenzerheide are idyllic in every season and make every hiking tour a pleasure.

Alp Chötzenberg, along with several other nearby alpine pastures, produces fine alpine cheese for the Parpan alpine cheese dairy. Alp Chötzenberg alone produces around 80,000 kilograms of milk in a summer, which yields one or two loaves of cheese. These can then be bought directly from the farm. There is no better way to shop locally.
