Before World War II, ships were loaded and unloaded at Wilfordkaai by men known in Temse as "kaailopers." Between loading and unloading, they passed the time by simply doing nothing. The fourth symbolizes all quay walkers. Valeer Peirsman completed this bronze artwork in 1991.
