I wouldn't say racing bike, the surface often changes from light dirt to ruined asphalt. Very fun for sure on gravel and mountain bike. Panoramic and very particular.

Uphill -> Approach via Palizzi and Pietrapennata, the road is mostly good and has a pleasant gradient. You can also ride a racing bike to Pietrapennata. Didn't discover ANY food options along the way (Sunday)
