Lake Malghera is located along the route that starts from the town of Malghera, where there is a refuge, and goes up the Val Malghera up to the homonymous pass. There is a bivouac along the shore of the lake. The lake is beautiful and offers extraordinary views. The trail is steep on both sides of the lake, but the part around the lake is quite flat and easy, making for a nice break from the strenuous uphill or downhill ride.

This enchanting little lake ("Acqui Spèrsi" in dialect) is located in Val Verva, a side of Val Grosina. Originating from a barrier of boulders along the Rio di Verva, its waters reflect the surrounding peaks.

In the splendid setting of the mountains of Val Grosina, this pearl is located, the Eita locality. A typical alpine village where time seems to have stopped. A must is a stop for lunch or dinner at the Eita Refuge, a specialty Pizzoccheri.
