It is a path that goes up the small valley north of Segusino, that runs along its small stream and that touches the pretty villages of Stramare and Milies. Up to Stramare the path is very walkable and well-kept, then it becomes more impervious and wild. It continues discontinuously also downhill on the eastern side of the valley.

Framed by the woods, Stramare is an enchanted village which today has only five inhabitants. It was founded in the seventeenth century by Istrian charcoal burners attracted by the abundance of wood and water in the area. A curiosity: here everyone has the same surname (Stramare), which made it necessary to use nicknames to distinguish the different family branches.
