pond originating from a peat bog. in the body of water you can see the Spy of Italy. The name attributed to the thousand-year-old fortress of Solferino. Solferino is known for the Risorgimento battle of Solferino and San Martino. Following this tragic historical event, here H.Dunant had the idea of founding the International Red Cross. From a cycling point of view, the territory is that of the morainic hills of the Alto Mantovano. These are gentle hills on which it is possible to enjoy easy itineraries. Lower Garda with Desenzano is about ten km away. The proximity favors itineraries that lead to the shores of the lake and its arch of moraine hills.

Beautiful square with access to the hill leading to the Rocca. There is also a remarkable view of the morainic hills of Garda and the various mountain ranges that surround it can be distinguished. Really nice.
