카스테두/카스텔사르도 최고의 MTB 라이딩 경로

The trail is really beautiful, but it more or less ends in front of a pasture. It's barricaded with barbed wire. I'm not sure if the fence is just meant to keep the cattle in or also keep bikers and hikers out. Since there's no way around it, we made it through. The alternative would have been to push the bike back.

Roccia dell'Elefante / Elephant Rock (Trachyte Rock) Unique rock formation resembling a sitting elephant with ancient graves. The Roccia dell'Elefante is located east of Castelsardo on a side road. The castle on top of the hill is a marvel!!! Also beautiful to visit!

Coast to coast… Difficult trail, at least for me… but the views are truly breathtaking

Two years ago I took my MTB on vacation and went from Valledoria to Castelsardo coast coast…. A challenging route, even though I was not an expert I did it, but slowly and with the beauty of the landscape it repays the effort! On the way back I went through the state road… easier but still a state road!

Castelsardo is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It is located on the Anglona promontory and at the top of the town stands the medieval fortress. A walk to explore the alleys is recommended.
