At the moment (20.6.24) we have seen a lot of blooming water lilies 😃🔝. There are a few yellow ones and the rest are pink 🥰. I can highly recommend it and there are fish in the pond 🐟🐠

Nowhere else is the panorama of the Catinaccio of equal and seductive beauty as that of the Wuhnleger, whose profile is reflected in the waters of the small lake. This pasture area, today a well-known photographic subject, is located about 45 minutes' walk from S. Cipriano, at an altitude of 1,402 meters, in the heart of the Sciliar-Catinaccio Natural Park. Nearby there are still deep holes caused by the bombs of a damaged plane during the Second World War.

While bathing is permitted in a part of the Völser Weiher, you are not allowed to swim in the Huber Weiher. Rather, anglers come here for their pleasure.
