The Schlegeis Reservoir is a gigantic structure, with the 131-meter-high dam wall being the most visible feature of the reservoir. From the parking lot, you have a beautiful view of the reservoir and its magnificent mountain scenery.

A great lake, easy to walk around, Caribbean blue water.

The waterfall runs directly along the path at one point on the ascent to the Olpererhütte from Schlegeisspeicher. Stones along the path invite you to take a refreshing break ⛰️💧

WOW! Gorgeous! Dogs must be kept on a leash and bathing facilities are available. You have to climb about 200 meters to get to the lake. So you shouldn't be too lazy/sick on your feet :) parking fee 3.5 euros
