Spectacular observation point of the Italian side of Mont Blanc. From here many mountaineering trips to the glaciers of Mont Blanc start.

Until about ten years ago the lake was much bigger and really beautiful, last year I saw it again and it left me a little disappointed. However, if you have never been there I recommend a visit!

Magnificent panorama over the entire Mont Blanc chain and La Thuille. Near the cross there are only the remains of ancient fortifications that dominated the valley

Punta della Croce is a place that you cannot miss for the vast panorama that can be enjoyed from the top (2,432 meters above sea level). From here the view of Mont Blanc is truly incredible!

The Mont Blanc massif can be completely crossed by cable car from Chamonix over the Aiguille du Midi, the Pointe Helbronner and down to Entrèves near Courmayeuer.

Nice tour starting from La Thuile

At almost 2,600 meters above sea level, the Tête de la Tronche is the highest peak of a grassy ridge that extends from the top of Mont de la Saxe to Col Sapin. The view is phenomenal: from the Mont Blanc massif and the Grandes Jorasses to Val Veny with the powerful glacial flow of the Miage glacier. And you can also see Courmayeur and its mountain, Mont Chétif.
