Dommerby Hede is a fascinating archaeological site featuring 22 ancient burial mounds set in scenic heathland just south of Skive. This protected area offers a unique blend of cultural history and natural beauty, for a peaceful hike or nature walk. It is easily accessible from the road to Kjellerup.

This troll statue is a pretty peculiar sculpture near Hald. This feminine figure is referred to as the "Helle Haltben" and it's only one of several similar statues which recently appeared in Jutland.

The Skive Kunstmuseum is a museum of art. Inside of its walls, there is a fine collection of Danish art from the 19th century until present day. Many events are held at the museum during the year, such as presentations and guided tours.

This non-asphalted road is very simple for every type of bike. The surface is both compact and smooth, so no one will have problems on this nice little gravel section. Under the trees, too!
