Built in 1801, the lighthouse is made of brick. The rotating lens is a 500-watt bulb, with a magnification of 10 times. Visible from 48 km away on a clear night. The lighthouse can only be viewed from the outside. Visit Lolland-Falster.

The church in Gedser was built at the beginning of the 20th Century. It was quite complicated to complete because there was a lack of investment. To this day there’s a missing brick, indicating that the church has never been completed.

The white tower at the southern tip of Falster shines from afar. It is located very close to the bird ringing station.

What is unfortunately missing here is a nice café with Danish baked goods and good coffee.

In the middle of the Bøtøskoven nature reserve there is a lovely picnic area with a view of a small pond. If the wild horses or cattle are in the same place at the same time, it is a good idea to admire the animals from a distance.
