Unfortunately, the upper lake is full of rotting plants. Swimming is not recommended unless you are a frog. Unfortunately, the smell is not that great either. So I quickly left. The lake near the parking lot looks a little better. The restaurant is a nice place to stay.

Excellent destination for a bike ride or starting point for many climbs of varying difficulty.

Be sure to take the “lower” route at Lake Laus - great!

One of the lakes of the Orsiera - Rocciavrè park, is located at the foot of Punta Cristalliera. Located at a height of 2369 m, it can be reached in an hour and a half from the Selleries mountain pastures

In less than an hour from the Selleries refuge you arrive at this beautiful lake, and if you want to continue another half hour it is also worth going up to the other lake, that of the Manica

The lake has a spring and a small island, a few steps away is the bivouac of Lake Laus, always open, with 4 sleeping places.
