A lake with a massive dam used for electricity generation. It can be reached from several points, the most convenient being via Dietro la Torre lake, starting from Pian Sulè (3 hours by road + 30 minutes on a trail).

In Noasca the hardest part of the climb to Nivolet begins. Whether through the galleries or across the old road, the uphill section from Noasca to Ceserole Reale is the hardest area by far, with many ramps above 10%. For example, as soon as you leave Noasca, and going up a beautiful waterfall, there is a ramp that reaches 15% over 4 horseshoes. Show!

Lake Monastero is a fascinating body of water in the Lanzo valleys, in the municipality of Cantoira. It is easily reachable via a wide dirt road that passes through the Forchetta hill, but there are also shorter paths that cut across the route, all of which can be easily covered by running. Getting here almost always means facing a rather challenging climb, but in a suggestive environment with a view of the Val Grande and the Levanne. To the north-west, the path follows a half-coast, so it is rather flat, on the slope of the La Rossa peak.

The Lago della Rossa is located in the municipality of Usseglio and is the largest lake in the Lanzo Valleys. It is a very beautiful lake, one of the most spectacular destinations in the valley. It is worth taking a walk to this beautiful lake! The hike is not for experts, but there are a couple of steep inclines that you have to be used to walking to get up. It is important to bring food and water because there are no restaurants there. The scenery is great!
