Nuraghe Seruci in the territory of Gonnesa, direction Portoscuso. It is a complex penta or esalobate Nuraghe with some towers still in good condition, with a village of huts and a giants' tomb. Worth a visit

a few kilometers outside Gonnesa, on top of a hill, there is a farmhouse (from which you can enjoy a spectacular view. In the distance the islet of pan di zucchero and the beach of Masua. The farmhouse offers food and lodging service

The archaeological area of Seruci is made up of several monuments: a complex nuraghe, antemural, a large village of huts and a Giants' tomb. It is one of the largest Nuragic villages in the whole of Sardinia, as it contains over one hundred circular huts.

Nice place to stop and admire the view. Looking north you can see the coast of Nebida and you can also see the Pan di Zucchero, the largest rock in Europe that stands out in the gulf of Masua.

Portoscuso is one of the fishing villages of Sardinia where traditional tuna fishing, the mattanza, is still practiced. It is worth visiting this small town whose history is a succession of people attracted by the fishing industry and who have left their mark on the territory. From the port of Portoscuso, you can also embark to reach the island of San Pietro.

This is one of the many lagoons that characterize the Sulcis coast. From this dirt road you can reach Punta 'e S'Aliga, a very characteristic narrow promontory of sand that is very reminiscent of the solitary beaches of the Caribbean!

Beautiful panoramic point along the dirt road that connects Cortoghiana to Nuraxi Figus. At this point the road reaches the top of a hill, thus gaining a privileged position to observe the surrounding territory, characterized by small barren hills, Mediterranean scrub shrubs and olive trees.
