Picnic benches and a fountain can be found further west along the path. Unfortunately, it's quite littered.

The Tower of the Marquis of Geraci was built in 1596 and served as a watchtower. It overlooks a rocky outcrop overlooking the Finale Ligure beach. The building now hosts temporary exhibitions.

Pollina – Mountain Biking Highlight in the Madonie Mountains Pollina is a worthwhile detour for mountain bikers in the Madonie Mountains. The historic mountain village sits atop a rocky plateau and offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The climb is challenging but scenically magnificent – ideal as the destination for a panoramic tour. A short break in the village itself is worthwhile: narrow streets, the old castle ruins with a lookout tower, and the open-air theater made of natural stone make Pollina a real highlight. Tip: You can sample local specialties like manna in the cafés before plunging into the exhilarating descent.

The lake (or urio in the local dialect) Quattrocchi is a small body of water perfect for a break in the greenery. Around the lake there are benches and picnic areas immersed in the greenery.

An important waypoint on the Sentiero Italia. A nice children's playground is available.

Lake at the entrance to the Nebrodi Ridge. Unfortunately it is not very well looked after but has enormous potential. Good connection

The beach of Capo d'Orlando, between Messina and Cefalù, fascinates with its clear sea and transparent seabed.

We arrive in town and we want a sandwich. CiCi recommend this delicatessen which makes excellent sandwiches and if you are lucky like us you will find some nice people who have offered us to taste their "aperitif": horse meat with peas, carrots and onions: very good.
