The source is located below street level on the inside side of the curve. Very fresh and light water

Spectacular sandstone rock frequented since the Paleolithic. At the intersection of the state road and the path to the Rocca there is a restaurant with excellent reviews.

Today (July 2024 - in full drought) this fountain at 1275m altitude has an impressive flow. The highest in all the Nebrodi. The water temperature is instead around 12 degrees while in the air in the shade it was 33 degrees. It is a true heritage of humanity!
