The path does not present technical difficulties but requires a minimum of physical training, the difference in altitude is about 500 - 550 m. The effort is then rewarded by the wonderful view it offers, in particular of the Arera group. The pass is very wide and offers several points where you can stop to rest, eat and admire the landscape. The path then continues towards the twin lakes, or towards the Laghi Gemelli pass

Pass that separates the Bergamo area from the Valtellina area. A very panoramic place, it also offers a look at the Swiss Alps. The path to reach it from Foppolo is easy, but those who want can continue the path to the Dordona Refuge which is not too far away.

Passo di Grange landscape impact, wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, in particular Mount Arera which looms over the pass. The path to reach it is easy, passing through the Branchino refuge and Alpe Corte. Obviously, as always in the mountains, a minimum amount of training is required. In winter, be careful as the path is often frozen (it remains almost always in the shade), crampons are recommended

One of the most spectacular passes in the Seriana Valley from which it is possible to see many peaks, among the most famous certainly the Presolana, the Coca and the Redorta. The path to reach the pass that starts from Lizzola is physically demanding (with a slope often around and above 20%) but simple from a technical point of view without exposed passages. Be careful in winter, if it has snowed the path could have hardened and frozen snow with a consequent risk of slipping (which combined with the slope can cause falls and accidents) it is therefore advisable to have a pair of crampons with you. The chapel of the Manina is also beautiful, well maintained and internally decorated (although it is difficult to observe internally due to the dark windows. Furthermore, a short distance away there is a table with wooden benches for taking a break
