Symbolic monument to the Alpine troops, in a place marked by war events. It is located exactly on the curve, so you have to know of its existence to notice it. Built in 1976.

One of the most famous passes in all of Lombardy, it connects the province of Bergamo with that of Sondrio. The name not by chance recalls the patron saint of Venice, in fact the road was built by the then Serenissima Republic of Venice in the 16th century, as demonstrated by the plaque on the roadman's house just below on the Bergamo side.
