The farmhouse is organized into four courtyards, each serving different functions: the large courtyard and a separate one for the farm workers; the main courtyard, for the owners; and the courtyard likely reserved for housing and artisanal activities (blacksmith, blacksmith, etc.) and stables. The main façade of the complex, rigidly linear, extends along the road, onto which the various entrances to the courtyards open. The large rustic courtyard is accessed through a traditional arched opening; three sides are defined by the dwellings, which have a ground floor portico and a first floor balcony. The fourth side consists of the long rustic building behind which are some communal services (such as the oven) and sections of the wall that delimit the complex. Period of construction: 17th century - before 1691

In the Increa area, still isolated in the countryside, stands a complex of considerable size, first owned by the Milanese Tizzoni family and then by the Ottolini family. The layout is that of a closed U, preceded by an entrance with a semicircular entrance leading into the noble courtyard; here, facing the front, stands the main body with a five-sided portico. A small oratory, now defaced, stripped of all its sacred furnishings and decorations, stands to the left of the entrance; on the sides, corresponding to the lower wings facing the courtyard, three symmetrical openings can be glimpsed.

Increa Park is a green area in the southeastern part of the municipality of Brugherio, within the former Increa quarry, from which it takes its name. It is part of the Parco Est delle Cave, bordering the municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio and closely adjacent to the eastern ring road to the north and west. It covers an area of approximately 33 hectares. The park includes an artificial lake that occupies almost half of its surface area.

Majestic, it appears at first glance to be undeniably original, lacking the essential features of Lombard castles: no battlements, a single tower, no bastions, no moat. This singular aesthetic appearance is nothing more than the result of a millennia-long history of renovations and abandonment!

In the center of town, on the right bank of the Martesana Canal, stands an imposing waterwheel (popularly known as a rudun) said to have been designed by Leonardo da Vinci himself. Despite appearances, the wheel is not a mill, but a noria. Its function, in fact, was never to grind grain or power machinery, but rather to lift water from the canal to channel it into an irrigation system.
