Beautiful and quiet Waalweg, unfortunately there was no water in the Waal.

As already described, the access is via a kilometer-long, very narrow and at times steep mountain road with many tight bends. Only someone who is truly skilled at driving in the mountains should venture here – if only for their own benefit. Anything else is pointless. Please bear this in mind!

Beautiful section of the Waalweg on the Vinschgau wine hiking trail "Via Vinum Venostis", which leads through the vineyards and also offers wonderful views.

A small pond nestled among the vines is a very photogenic sight. It also offers a beautiful view of Castelbello Castle just behind it.

Very beautiful section of the Latschander Waal which leads from Latsch to Kastelbell, where at this point the path goes under vines.
