A fantastic pass road! From Bolognano, the road winds its way up to Passo di Santa Barbara with a relatively constant gradient and numerous curves. The asphalt is in good condition, and there's almost no traffic (I was only overtaken by one car that morning). Once at the top, you can either drive back down the other side of the pass to Loppio or, after a 2km descent in Ronzo, turn left toward Passo Bordala.

For all Alpine crossers! The fun ends at Lago di Val D'Agola; beyond the lake, the merciless climb up to the Bärenpass begins 😅.

A wonderful pass road with little traffic! The road winds steadily uphill, bend after bend. There are frequent stretches of the road in the shade, so you can drive up even at midday in June.

https://youtu.be/A914QhbrJLQ The Val d'Agola is gorgeous. In June I was completely alone there, the mountain lake is awesome. The subsequent ascent over the Bärenpass is not exactly easy, as it is very steep. From Lake Valagola (Alpine Cross Route to Lake Garda) it goes up very steeply, you wouldn't think at all with such a "small" pass. But the lake is a dream. The view of a small group of rocks at the top is also very nice. Much green.
