folks... for all fitness levels ? Ok if you don't want to go there in midsummer. The path is more than tough ... once up the mountain over hill and dale and down again in the same way. Many come to their limits, even if La Palud is worthwhile. Let's see if I can upload pictures (yes, it worked)
