The route goes across the entire island and you come across it again and again.

This is where the island fire brigade of Römö is located. Their motto is "One for all - all for one"

A small bench under the trees here at the fire station. There is also a memorial stone next to it.

Fire station still in operation. If a fire breaks out, the fire departments from the mainland come to it. During our stay last year, a fire broke out in a holiday home which quickly developed into a forest fire.

Sublime building with a long history. Inside you can buy a book about the history of the church and the island for 100 CZK.

St. Clemens Church is beautiful with the white limestone. Not to be missed... The attached cemetery was lovingly and charmingly laid out...

Some of the war bunkers were transformed into mules as a sign of peace.

Nice big free car park at the foot of the lighthouse. Information signs for the beach and various collection containers for waste glass, waste paper and other recycling material.
