Top bathing lake, on the west bank you will find an outdoor pool, a bathing jetty and also a restaurant. In summer it is a very popular local recreation area.

Small lake, idyllically situated in the middle of the forest. Steep approach through the forest on gravel, also doable with a trekking bike. Possibility to stop for refreshments at the lake, perfect!

Lake Monticolo is worth it. I advise you to leave your bike and go around the lake on foot, it's wonderful.

At the Great Montiggler Lake there is a place to stop and stay overnight, an outdoor swimming pool and of course lots of beautiful nature. The best way to explore it is on foot. A hiking trail leads completely around the lake.

The lake is located in the middle of a forest in the protected area of Monticolo. Stop for a moment in this oasis along the South Tyrolean Wine Road to take a break and take some nice photos.
