This road got its name from the French, who occupied the Rheingau for a long time. If you're in good shape, you can cycle from Kiedrich to Hausen and then find yourself in the Taunus. It's great fun to ride down this serpentine road from above and feel like a Tour de France racer.😁😁😁

Someone made a nice place there. And so far it seems little known, have never seen anyone picnicking there. It's nice that the old hut is also being upgraded again.
