The parish church, documented since the Middle Ages, was largely rebuilt in 1629 and is dedicated to the Princes of the Apostles, "St. Peter and Paul." Until 1957, Dillishausen had its last parish priest, Heinrich Katheininger, who also lived in the Dillishausen rectory. The Maria Hilf pilgrimage church in Klosterlechfeld was founded around 1603 by Regina von Imhof and soon developed into an important place of pilgrimage. In 1624, Franciscans took over the care of the pilgrims and established a monastery next to the church. The current building dates from the 18th century and impresses with its Baroque rotunda form, elaborate Rococo stucco work, and colorful ceiling frescoes. Opposite the church is Calvary Hill, with its Stations of the Cross and three crosses, which completes the spiritual ensemble. To this day, the church remains a place of worship and a destination for pilgrims and culture-loving visitors.

Excellently paved bike path between Untermeitingen and Langerringen. Prone to wind!

A very nice bike path next to the road. While it's not very busy, the detour onto the bike path is still worth it.

A somewhat confusing intersection for cyclists, but otherwise a beautiful church that is part of the townscape.

Right next to the country road, but some people still take the risk and don't ride on the bike path!
