Here, people can pursue their hobbies together while being considerate of one another. I don't exactly look the most trustworthy in my enduro gear, but I haven't had any problems so far. With consideration and kindness, even a narrow path works. Others can't manage that on a three-lane highway!

The Lochbach stream flows very closely parallel to the Lech River through the floodplain forest. A 2.5 km nature trail has been created here, perfect for hiking or cycling.

The Lech dams along the Lech are important habitats for water birds and offer ideal conditions for breeding, resting and foraging. Particularly noteworthy are: • Lech dam 23 (Mandichosee): This reservoir is an important resting and breeding place for various water bird species. Regular excursions enable the observation of breeding and migratory birds both on the reservoir and in the adjacent floodplain forest. • Lech dam 27 (Feldheimer reservoir): Designated as a nature reserve since 1982, this reservoir serves as an important breeding and moulting area for water birds as well as a resting and wintering place for Nordic species. • Lech dam 20: Near this dam there is a water bird paradise, where hundreds of water birds frolic between a bird island and the east bank. These areas are not only of interest to ornithologists, but also offer nature lovers the opportunity to experience the diversity of water birds in their natural environment. It is important to be considerate of wildlife when visiting and to observe conservation regulations to preserve these valuable habitats.
