Eutin Castle in Eutin, East Holstein, is the cultural center and nucleus of the town. Along with Gottorf Castle and Glücksburg Castle, it is one of the most important secular court buildings in Schleswig-Holstein. The four-winged complex originated from a medieval castle and was expanded into a royal residence over several centuries.

The Bebensund Bridge or Seeschaarwald Bridge connects the so-called Seepark of the city of Eutin with the Seeschaarwald and separates the Fissau Bay from the Great Eutin Lake. The Bebensund Bridge was designed by the last Eutin court gardener, Heinrich Lüth, and was built in 1934 as part of the National Socialists' voluntary labor service. It replaced a cable ferry that ran over to the bathing establishment built in 1914. In 2003, the bridge was renovated and, among other things, received a new railing and safety pillars, which were built in the event of a collision with the excursion steamer “Freischütz”, which operates on the Großer Eutiner See.
