The cycling route offers occasional glimpses of the water, but truly relaxing with a view during a break is almost exclusively possible here, as nearly everywhere else is private property. There are a few other spots, but they aren't as nicely landscaped.

It would actually be nicer to sit here with a snack on the meadow and enjoy the relaxing view over the water.

The Strook is located directly north of the Bethunepolder and on the south side of the Vijfde Loosdrechtse Plas. Good stop for a bite to eat or a drink.

Great segemnet, minorly protected by the dijk if the wind is coming from the North, it is a fun section for springt elements between your moments where you have to re-enter the road.

This is about the only place in Nieuw Loosdrecht where you have a view of the lakes

This area, created by peat extraction, consists of vast lakes and narrow strips of land with charming old farms and marinas. The winding cycle paths take you along the banks and through quiet villages, ideal for stopping and enjoying the view.
