The surface isn't the best anymore, especially before and during the bends, but the steepest section has been reconditioned. So, toward Münklingen, you'll briefly accelerate to a good 70-80 km/h, but you'll want to brake early, as the road ends at a very confusing spot on both sides, where you have to yield. On the other hand, you'll have to conquer a short, tough climb before rolling briskly into Möttlingen. Great views of the surrounding landscape await in both directions.

Always worth a break!

Not entirely quiet (a lot of through traffic), but thanks to the 30 km/h speed limit throughout the town, you can flow along with the rest of the traffic in a relaxed manner. The surface is mostly very good.

The Diepoldsturm, named after Diepold von Bernhausen, is a relic of an old castle complex that was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War in 1645.

The narrow Würm Bridge can only be crossed by one car at a time. Oncoming traffic has to wait. A steel bridge was built next door for pedestrians and cyclists.
