This spot is also ideal for furry friends: The water is very shallow, allowing dogs to cool off easily and safely. It's a lovely spot to watch the Rur River flowing gently and enjoy a coffee. But on weekends, it's often impossible to find a seat.

Nice rest area right on the Rur with a bench and a table. A small stream flows into the rest area and flows in a narrow valley between rocks down into the Rur. The hiking trail is a bit slippery. It is wonderfully cool there in summer!
