View of Reiherberg highly recommended

If you stand at the boulder and read the interesting information about Reinhard Barby, you have left the viewpoint behind you. No need for this great tip.

The view over the Haussee is sensational and from there there are several hiking trails that take you to really beautiful places.

Great bike path through a beautiful landscape. Very quiet. Many opportunities to switch to a trail. S0 in the beech forest.

Very nice view from the Reiherberg towards Feldberg - especially in the morning and evening light. A short walk from the "Am farm" camping site, partly along small forest paths (attention: there are some trees that you have to climb over).

A nice place to spot dragonflies and if you feel like it you can also enjoy some outdoor fitness equipment.

The water is clear. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the Luzinersee is the right place for you. It's not that crowded. You can paddle wonderfully without hectic on the lake. Very nice kiosk operators stop off at the ferry.

The boulder, weighing almost 25 tons (!), originally comes from Sweden and was placed here specifically years ago. Various information panels provide interesting facts. It's suitable for children to climb...if they can manage it...and for dads to lift it, if they have enough energy ;-)
