This special natural monument was created thousands of years ago. The Steinach River ate deeper and deeper through an extremely hard volcanic rock, which is called “quartz keratophyre”. The Steinachklamm geotope with its steep slopes and the narrow section of the gorge south of Wildenstein is definitely worth seeing.

A great and impressive tree, in which an approx. 80 sqm large dance floor is installed. Both the wooden structure and the linden tree itself are in very good condition. Kerwa always takes place on the 2nd weekend in June, where, among other things, people dance and celebrate in the lime tree.

The waterfall is a small natural wonder. He is about five meters high. The clear water flows over boulders and small cascades and forms an idyllic backdrop. When it is dry sometimes there is no water at all.

Even if there was almost no water to be seen on my last visit, it is very worth seeing, idyllic and fascinating rock formations, accessible at any time of the year.
