Recreation Park 't Zand has varied mountain bike trails that meander through the landscape and take you past some of the most beautiful spots in the area. The trails are well marked and suitable for different levels. For the more adventurous mountain bikers there are challenging sections with hills, muddy trails, and winding sections that require technical skills. The trails offer a perfect combination of flow and technical challenges.

Update 12-22: I recently saw that there is no cycling ban on the other side of this forest and some paths are not closed, unlike the Regte heath side. Large parts of this forest are forbidden to cyclists. Also quite difficult to access. Just accept that you are not allowed to go everywhere with your MTB.

Nice bends and short climbs, fun to drive through. The route (what I have driven) is well maintained. Next time I will include the full route in my planning. Just switch to real MTB riding.

Nice singletrack next to a pretty creek. However, in summer the path is nearly overgrown and the plants can pose a challenge. Due to recent rains, some short parts of the track were claimed by the Leij.
