Nature reserve Mookerheide is prohibited for cyclists, except for the MTB route and the forest villa residential area on the west side of the Bisseltsebaan. That residential area has several beautiful gravel roads. This gravel road highlight is therefore legal for cyclists.

good varied route, longer climbs and winding sections.

If it has not rained for a long time and the soil is very loose, it is best to grab this part tightly on the far right along the grass. It is important here that your pressure distribution is well in the middle.

Both the red and the blue routes (Nijmegen/Groesbeek) are incredibly beautiful and tasty routes. I even think both are in the top 5 routes in the Netherlands...!

A lot of previously tricky corners have been rebuild with proper berms, letting you descent faster, without hitting your brakes as much or having to worry about losing traction on your front wheel. Take care though, with this increased speed it's easy to go faster than your technical skills would normally allow. especially on your first descent, go slow, you can always loop back and go again.
