Although the Litsberg is not one of the highest hills in Limburg, it still has an impressive height. It reaches a height of about 120 meters above sea level. The Litsberg is surrounded by beautiful nature. It is covered with lush green vegetation, including forests and meadows. The ten meter high Litsberg is a sand dune that drops steeply into the Leubeek valley and has a small beach on the Leubeek. A short detour branching off to the left brings us to the tiny sandy beach. In the summer months, the cozy area is used by families with children to splash around and sunbathe.
