The chapel near the source of the Syre is dedicated to Saint Donatus, the patron saint against lightning and fire. During its restoration in 1965, excavations were carried out in the surrounding area and clay bricks and pottery from the Roman period were discovered. The chapel's highly symbolic location, near the source and at the foot of the hill, suggests that it has been a sacred site since pre-Christian times. The mythical character of the place is reinforced by the presence of the imposing 500-year-old oak tree, which dominates the chapel. This remarkable tree is 15 m tall and has a diameter of 162 cm at breast height.

Scheierbierg is a nature reserve in Luxembourg. It is located in the Guttland Südosten region - Iewescht Musel mat Trentengerdall and is a hiking trail. The reserve has an area of 3 hectares and is located between Bous and Schengen. Scheierbierg is part of the hinterland that separates the Moselle valley from the Trintinger and Erpelding valleys. The geological subsoil consists mainly of soft limestone rocks of Steinmergelkeuper.

The so-called Eagle Monument was erected in 1855 on the northern edge of the plateau to commemorate the excavations of the 19th century in the Roman settlement. The first stone was laid on May 28 in the presence of William III, King of the Netherlands and Grand Duke of Luxembourg. Since then, "the eagle", as it is popularly known, has been Dalheim's landmark. The 14 m high monument consists of a stepped, square base on which stands a square column. This is surmounted by powerful black blocks, said to be remnants of the Late Antique burgus found nearby, above which an eagle perches on a ball with wings spread. By order of the German troops, the monument was blown up in 1940 so as not to serve as a reference point for the French shells. It was only rebuilt in 1956, after a year of restoration work.

The thermal park of Mondorf-les-Bains, an integral part of the Health Centre, is a green setting with an area of more than 45 hectares and thus contributes to making the Domaine Thermal so unique.
