The Domaine du Rayol park (domainedurayol.org) is worth a trip of its own, allowing at least 2 hours. Exhibitions take place in the newly renovated main building, and high-quality concerts are held on the terrace overlooking the sea in summer. There is a bistro in the park (meals only for lunch) and a shop at the entrance. Once you have been there, you will always discover something new on your next visit and the one after that. Definitely recommendable!

One of the most beautiful beaches of the area (or of whole France?) // great to chill in the sand and to take a swim.

Cape Taillat is quite extraordinary. It is connected to the coast by a tombolo, that is to say a sandy cordon. The path that goes up to the top is really nice to run, you meander between rocks and vegetation. In spring, the isthmus is adorned with magnificent colors. Cape Taillat burned down completely in the 2017 fire. To allow plant species to develop again, it is imperative not to leave the marked path.
