Be careful, the route isn't great. At point 4, between points 4 and 5, there's no longer a path and it's extremely steep, so avoid with children. It's extremely slippery! The return journey after the waterfall is all on the road. Take a path to the left that allows you to safely follow the road.

The highest waterfall in Corsica simply invites you to linger.

Hike made on July 25. Climb to the super waterfall. Then crossing the river without using the suspension bridge, in too bad condition. Going down the path stops before the campsite we find ourselves stuck by pig pens. It is necessary to climb a barrier where the arrow indicates it (orange-pink outline) then then to go up towards the right and to cross another portal. We then find ourselves on a path that bypasses the enclosures and allows us to rejoin the route. End of the journey made by the road, pretty and not very busy.

The Pointe Muratello with its glacier-cut sloping rocks offers great views in both directions.

Culminating at 2,138 meters above sea level, the point offers beautiful views of the surroundings, including the Agnone valley towards Vizzavona.

Lake Bastani is one of the highest lakes in Corsica above (2000m). It is a beautiful feature to study from the top of Mount Renoso and to visit and enjoy while hiking to or from that same peak.

Long and steep climb to this mountain pass. From the top, the view goes far down into the Agnone valley, which lies deep below, and continues to Vizzanova. The descent to the west is partly steep over stone slabs.

A real gem on this wonderful island.
