We were there twice - in mid-May - and each time we saw a large number of inhabited nests - a wonderful experience!!

We were here beginning of April and saw the colony of white storks busy with their nests - fabulous! There is also a range of wines which celebrates their reintroduction : https://perelada.com/en/our-wines/cigonyes

There is still much for historians to discover here. The area is littered with stones, there is a good chance that many stones in the area were used in memory of the deceased. More research is needed to demonstrate the historical value of this area.
