The stone circle has a diameter of around 33 metres. Only 11 of its original 26 stones remain, and of these only eight are still erect. Slightly off the track - but you can ride / push bike to the circle easily.

St Keyne's well is located just outside the village of St Keyne. A stone path takes you down the the well house. Tales say that if two newly-weds drink the water, the first one to drink it will become more dominant in the marriage.

Breney Common is an important wetland, open water and dry heathland site designated as a SSSI and nature reserve. Historically it was a tin mining area which left the depressions and landforms which then became ponds and ditches. There are a wide variety of plants and animals here, the area supports several dragonfly and damselfly species.

A short distance from the road is Golitha Falls, where the river Fowey drops through Drakes Wood. Golitha Falls is a National Nature Reserve (NNR) and a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). In the spring it is blanketed with bluebells.

The Trippet stones is a Bronze Age stone circle on Bodmin Moor. It was originally a grand 26-stone monument, however only 11 stones remain today. The Trippet Stones is known as a ‘true circle’ and is one of the few perfectly round stone circles in Cornwall. Nearby, there is another stone circle, the Stripple Stones.

Walk to the Falls - the river Fowey drops 90 meters in a series of cascades. Also a decent cafe there called Inkie's.

Helman Tor is a nature reserve managed by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust, with great views in every direction. There is a prehistoric hill fort and a stone hut circle settlement on the site. There is evidence of walls constructed in Neolithic period, around 6,000 years ago, as well as some level platforms, thought to be house sites, one platform has a network of post holes. There is also remains of a field system.
