Cudden Point is located between Perranuthnoe and Prussia Cove on the south coast of Cornwall. This spit of land protruding far out to sea guarantees dramatic views of the rugged coastline. Ideal picnic spot.

Overlooking Porthmeor Beach, Man's Head is exactly what it suggests, a rock which looks like a person's head, especially if you're on the seaward side.

Interesting shaped rock, close enough to St. Ives so that you don’t need to be hiking miles on the Coast Path to see it.

The magnificence of Trencrom Hill isn't necessarily its height, which only extends to 660 feet (200 m), but rather its positioning. Not far from the north Cornwall coastline, from the summit you can see white sand beaches, glistening water and ships trundling along England's Atlantic coast. The hill is also the site of an Iron Age hillfort and has a jumble of granite rocks. If you're confident scrambling up them, then your view is even better.

Cream tea shop (check opening hours) and good views along the Portreath to Hayle road.

Keep an eye out for the seals who love this cove

Man’s Head is a rocky outcrop that, as you may expect, bears a striking resemblance to a man’s head, especially from the seaward side. As well as quirky geology, you are afforded a wonderful view out to sea and over Porthmeor Beach.

From the cliffs above Hell’s Mouth, you get a spectacular view out to sea. The dark cove, situated underneath a sheer rock face, has been the subject of much tragedy and legend over the years. Don't step too close to the edge of these ominous cliffs to get a better view as there have been many landslides, including a time when 110,000 tons of earth and rock collapsed into the sea — and was caught on camera.

Nice walk up from the town to see if you can find Man's Head. I've been many times, but I'm still not sure which rock formation is actually Man's Head.

The central car park is located at the Godrevy Cafe near the village of Gwithian. Especially on weekends in summer this is recommended. From here, a short path through the dunes leads to the sea. Turn to the right and after about one kilometer you will reach the Godrevy Head along the cliffs. On the left hand side are Gwithian Beach and its beaches.
