A small man-made lake right next to the border with a road and hiking trail around it. A beautiful place for taking photos, sitting and relaxing, and in winter for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

The water from the waterfalls breaks between very white rocks, creating beautiful pools of water, and then falls with a great leap into the void towards the valley floor. The Belepeit flows into the Fella near Villanova di Chiusaforte.

Leaving the cycle path at the height of the picnic table, you enter the path, with your bike on your back (better to leave them at the beginning of the path). The path is quite steep. Arriving at the foot of the waterfall, you can cool off in the small natural pools and lie down on the large boulders to relax a bit. A place not to be missed! Beautiful colors, clear water and towards the late afternoon the front sun creates a spectacular rainbow with suspended droplets.

You can walk the gorge up to bridge 9 without climbing equipment and in normal hiking boots. There is a geotrail that uses signs and pictures to explain the special features of the rock. It is also interesting for plant lovers, as there are alpine and Mediterranean flora elements. Last but not least, the sound of the water, the large boulders and huge rock faces, various bridges and paths make it a great experience. Well signposted.
