This historic garden park is dedicated to Loris Fortuna. It is a place of rest and relaxation. After a period of unsatisfactory maintenance, the garden is finally well-kept and welcoming again, especially on nice days, and above all because of its majestic trees, its proximity to the historic center and its relaxing atmosphere.

Pian delle Farcadizze, above Faedis and not far from Canebola, is located at an altitude of 780 meters and is a well-known crossroads for those who cycle or walk on the slopes of Mount Joànaz. Porzus is also not far away, the place where a massacre occurred in February 1945, considered one of the most tragic and controversial of the Italian Resistance. In these areas it is very easy to find fresh spring water to quench your thirst.

Pilgrims - and spend the night here - a pleasure! In May, all alone, enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet and the wind and the view of the lowlands!

Nice view over the valley

From the bench placed on the summit of Monte Joanaz it is possible to recover one's energies while observing a pleasant panorama.

After a few hairpin bends from the beginning of the climb that leads from Faedis to Canebola, a very short walk in the wood leads to a wild and uncontaminated clearing. Green is the dominant color. The rocks, in fact, are covered with a thick carpet of moss in which the water slides with a pleasant effect. The Twin Falls are ideal for a short stop to relax while watching the water pour over the rocks and flow into the crystalline pool. The waterfalls can be visited all year round and, with the autumn colours, the effect is surprising.
