Balzers Lager Directly on the way to the impressive Wilhelmina viewpoint, at the foot of the Black Wall, there is a mysterious place: "Balzers Lager" (Balzerovo lezeni). While you can find shelter from wind and weather under the rock overhang, the many dates and symbols carved into the stone as well as attached plaques reveal further stories of times gone by. And although the path is demanding in places, the effort is quickly forgotten once you reach the top. Because up there, high above the valley, there is a view that is second to none. Especially in the morning light, when the first rays of sun break through the fog and bathe the valley in a golden light, you witness a natural spectacle that is second to none. The hut, where you can find protection from wind and weather, was designed with a lot of dedication and a sense of detail. It is a place of peace where you can stop and fully enjoy the beauties of Bohemian Switzerland. Despite the popularity of this place and the often numerous visitors, there are moments of silence, especially at the end of the day, when the sun bathes the sky in warm colors and you have the breathtaking scenery almost to yourself.
