If you have enjoyed the wonderful view and continue on the circular hiking trail, you will inevitably pass an idyllically situated mountain lake, where you can take a wonderful rest and jump into the cool water is also possible!

The terrain is getting steeper and rocky soon – you might need your hands from time to time – but the actual challenge is to spot the next waymark, since segments where you can see a path are thin on the ground. A commemorative plaque commemorates the visit of Emperor Wilhelm II. Once you have enjoyed the view from up here, you understand why the Emperor wanted to go up here. Every year in July, a walking festival takes place on the Kaiservarden.
