Approaching from Spa: Even on a Sunday, there's little traffic. The further you get from Spa, the better the asphalt gets. After going downhill from Spa, the asphalt is pretty bad for the last 2 km.

Col du Rosier has an average gradient of 5.8%. A long climb with a progressive percentage, you won't be able to get much closer to a real mountain climb in Belgium... On top of that, it's located in a nice and quiet area and the asphalt is decent by Belgian standards. The pros go through this climb every year during Liège-Bastogne-Liège

Really awesome climb. This climb is the most similar climb to mountains in France/Italy which you can find in Belgium. It's relatively long, it's steady, it's hard. Unfortenately no panoramic views on top...
